About FMJ --- One small step

How do you become the internet's word-of-mouth tool for online job seekers?

I have been assigned the awesome task of letting the world know about our "revolutionary" new job board. FewMillionJobs.com (FMJ) is revolutionary in that job postings are visually based.

Graphic presentations in the form of a company logo represent a specific job posting. A job seeker can read a short description of a job listing by simply moving the mouse over a certain logo or image. People looking for jobs will be able to see companies that are hiring and available jobs at a glance, saving them the time and effort needed to read through and click on thousands of lines of text on traditional job boards.

FMJ is also more secure and private for job seekers who wish to search for jobs anonymously. It is a job board and not a resume board. You don't have to post your resume if you are seriously looking for a job, thus eliminating unwanted solicitations from recruiting companies with false promises and no real leads, not to mention the occasional company selling a product or service or get-rich-quick MLM.

Our online job board acts as the direct link to the company that is hiring. After scrolling over and reading short job descriptions of a position or industry you are interested in, you can apply directly at the company's site by clicking on that same logo. You will also be able to research the company: read about what they do, their company culture, industry, etc...

Everything is quicker, faster, more efficient---available with just a click of the mouse button. Now, if you need help with your resume, that's a different story... fodder for a future post.
